Let’s be honest.. Kincharm is a bit of a cat however, when you look through the field (and its mediocrity) and noting the weight he’ll be carrying on his back, for a noted Saturday class horse, he surely must be able to get into the finish of this and post a 4th career victory. Don’t be betting the family house on him as he’s extremely unreliable.

Olympic Light didn’t handle the big weight at the provincials last time out, and was left standing when the sprint went on. Has got nothing on his back this time round and close 4th two starts back behind Two Towers is a useful formline for this.

Enzedex Eagle is likely to start favourite, and a short priced one at that, however he will need to step up a level as some of his rivals have him covered notionally at the weights from previous meetings. He did win convincingly last start though.

Chances also to Vision and Power, despite the significant drop back in distance, because he loves the mud and Wanna Bet is not the worst horse in the race, will press forward, and give you a sight at the big odds.

Hike has been very competitive this campaign and got a well deserved win last start over a similar distance. Soft track a bonus and should run well again.

Vision and Power is a bona fide slop lover....the wetter the better for this fella. Drops back in class and distance here and drawn ideally. Hughie Bowman on board is another plus and should give a good account of himself.

Enzedex Eagle is in great form winning 3 on the spin. Does look to have a touch of class about him (just a touch), but will be prohibitively short to back and maybe some risk with the wide barrier.
