La Rocket looked like he was going to hold on last start before weakening in the last 200m. Should be much fitter for the run at 1400m and despite the tricky barrier looks tough to beat.
Vandalo was very good in finishing strongly behind Electromotive. Carrying a similar weight in an easier race over the same distance. Should go close again.
Diplomatic Force was super impressive at his first race start when he flogged a big field at Mornington. Carted abig weight that day so gets in well at the weights and looks like he will measure up to these.
