Up and comer Gangitano is an exciting sprinting prospect who’s been working his way through the grades in his 4 career starts and has shown plenty in most of the runs to warrant consideration despite stepping out in Saturday class for the first time. Found Hussenor too good at Canterbury but no disgrace in that as the winner is a very good galloper. Should be on the speed in a race in which the tempo will be steady at best.
Lucky Leak is 2 for 2 this preparation and really like the way he’s been attacking the line. Weaved through traffic to record a strong win over promising Snowden galloper Shatters at Randwick and ran quick time in the process. Jumps dramatically in weight but going too well to dismiss.
Dealers is an honest sprinter who goes OK fresh and has raced in some handy company over the past 12 months. Probably needs to press forward from barrier 11 to have any chance and recent trial was good enough.

Lucky Leak is 2 from 2 this campaign and has won both with relative easy. Getting up in weights now, but drawn to get cover and should run well again.
Dealers has trialled reasonably into this and can throw in a good race when fresh.
Gangitano looks a quality animal in the making and took an impressive type to beat him last start. Drawn well and down in the weights.
