Two unbelievable rides in 2 weeks and pockets 2 of the biggest G1's in the country as well as the Geelong Cup to boot. The ride on Pinker Pinker was one of the best you'd ever see....no jockey has ever won the Caulfield Cup, Cox Plate and Melbourne Cup in the same year, but Williams will try to achieve in the Melbourne Cup on Dunaden who is 2nd favourite. The way he is riding you wouldn't want to bet against him. Thumbs Up you craggy faced fella.
Black Caviar, Manawanui & Americain
All were in a different class in their respective races and a pleasure to watch......though liked the way Scelto got home in the Vase if it backs up in the Derby.
BIG FIST
3YO in the Cox Plate
Only the freaks (and Savabeel) win this as a 3YO in modern times.....So You Think (2010), Savabeel (2004) , Octagonal (1995), Red Anchor (1984), Surround (1976) and Taj Rossi (1973). People, learn your lessons...though it just gives the smart punter better odds and no one backed Pinker Pinker anyway.
